CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Kate Fitzpatrick is a strong believer in ensuring that everyone feels supported and connected. She believes finding the right connections are equally critical in business and storytelling, as it builds trust and cohesion around a common goal.

 

As COO Kate is the bridge between Archer Gray's strategic vision and the day-to-day execution of business operations. While managing Finance, Accounting and HR, Kate connects people and processes together to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

Kate began her career working in both the financial operations and accounting departments for Kimco Realty.  She then moved on to CBS Sports Network where she learned the ins and outs of media related accounting and finance.  After departing CBS, Kate worked in the fashion division of Endeavor where she worked closely with talent and their agents, while also working closely alongside Endeavor’s corporate finance team.

 

With an interest in mentorship, Kate serves on ReelWorks-MediaMkrs Advisory Council.  She also volunteers as a resume coach for the Posse Foundation.

 

Kate earned a B.S. from Manhattan College, where she studied Finance and Computer Information Systems.
